Among the most extraordinary nudes of the last period, this figure of a woman, still lazily enveloped in the dreamy dimension of night life, acts as a counterpoint, with its horizontal position, to the verticality of the heraldic figures, arousing the image of a universe suspended between action and contemplation in a virtual zone, which resolves in itself any creative drive. The deep, leavening hue of the blue chosen for the composition, on the other hand, radiates as if through a hazy filter, causing a counter-singing action within the work.
