It is an unexpected burst of earthy colors on the corset of the figure in Homage to Paolo Uccello, barely interrupted by a flicker of yellow peeking through the velvety body of color. The mode of variation on a theme, used by Conti in recent years, allows the range of emotions to be infinitely translated from a fixed score.
