The general principle of transparency, as enunciated in Leg. n. 33 of March 14, 2013, is understood as “total accessibility” of information concerning the organization and activities of the administration. The objective of the rule is to foster widespread control over the operation and use of resources. The publication of data in this section fulfills the obligations stipulated in Article 9 of Law 112 of October 7, 2013.
