locandina mostra “Osvaldo Peruzzi. Splendore geometrico futurista”

Livorno, Oct. 18, 2024-In the year of the 20th anniversary of the death of artist Osvaldo Peruzzi, Fondazione Livorno is hosting the exhibition Splendore Geometrico Futurista, curated by Massimo Duranti and Andrea Baffoni, in its exhibition halls. The exhibition, which can be visited from Oct. 25, 2024, to Feb. 23, 2025, is in continuity with the path set up in 2023 at the Galleria d’Arte Moderna in Rome and includes about 100 works including paintings, drawings, correspondence and documents. Theopening will be held in the spaces of Fondazione Livorno (Piazza Grande 23, Livorno) on Friday, Oct. 25 at 5 p.m.

The exhibition was made possible thanks to the invaluable collaboration of the artist’s heirs, custodians of some of the most significant works, the Municipality of Livorno, Fondazione Primo Conti di Fiesole, Archivio di Stato di Milano, Associazione culturale Archivi Dottori, Galleria d’Arte Moderna di Roma and the Assessorato alla Cultura – Sovrintendenza Capitolina ai Beni Culturali di Roma. The exhibition is also accompanied by a catalog published by Gangemi Editore that illustrates works, critical texts and bio-bibliographical apparatus.
