Amir – Alliances, Museums, Encounters, and Relationships It is a project launched in September 2018 (the name in Arabic means 'prince') by a network of museums aimed at proposing cultural mediation activities conducted by citizens with a migrant backgroundIt currently involves twenty-five mediators and seventeen museums, collections, villages, churches, and public spaces in Florence and Fiesole. AMIR is a project curated by Utopia Station e Thematic museum network Museums for Everyone and involves the The Museum and Archaeological Area of ​​Fiesole, the Bandini Museum, the Primo Conti Museum, the Palazzo Vecchio Museum, the Novecento Museum, the Santa Maria Novella Complex, the Museo degli Innocenti, and other sites including the Fondazione CR Firenze Art Collection, the Borgo di Quaracchi, the Borgo and Church of Santa Maria a Peretola, the Medici Villa La Petraia, and the Garden of the Medici Villa di Castello, as well as urban walks. The project collaborated with the Regional Directorate of Museums of Tuscany, the University Museum System, the Case della Memoria, the Lucca Archives, the Photo Library of the Kunsthistorisches Institut in Florence – Max-Planck-Institut, UniFi SAGAS, the Islamic Community of Florence, the Alinari Foundation for Photography, and Archivi in ​​Rete, with the contribution of  The Tuscan Regional Authority e CR Florence Foundation.
