La Thematic Museum Network Museums for Everyone, through the Municipality of Fiesole, the lead entity, announces a call for tenders for the selection of 6 young graduates under 30 to be employed in non-curricular internships paid in the theoretical and practical training and professionalization project PAM! Professions and learning in museums, within the framework of the mediation and participation activities promoted and implemented by the Museums of the Network.
The notice is financed with the resources of the PR FSE + Tuscany 2021/27 and falls within the scope of Giovanisì (www.giovanisi.it), the Tuscany Region's project for youth autonomy.
The selected young people will be included in a non-formal theoretical training and practical-experiential training program structured as follows:
- 110 hours of non-formal theoretical training with an average of 8 hours per day (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Start date March 31, 2026, gross salary €385.
- 600 hours of practical-experiential training/internship (extendable for an additional 600 hours) with an average of 25 hours per week. Expected start date: May 4, 2026. Gross compensation: €800 per month.
Host museums
The interns will carry out their practical activity in one of the following museums belonging to the Thematic Museum Network Musei di Tutti:
- Civic Archaeological Museum of Fiesole, Largo Fernando Farulli, 1 – Fiesole (FI): 2 seats;
- Palazzo Vecchio Museum, Piazza della Signoria, 1 – Florence (FI): 2 places;
- Museum of the Innocents, Piazza SS. Annunziata, 12 – Florence (FI): 2 places;
Who can participate
All people who meet the following requirements can participate in the selection process:
– be unemployed, out of work, inactive and not engaged in any study and/or training program on the expiry date of this notice;
– not having reached the age of 30 on the expiry date of this notice;
– be in possession of a master's degree/specialist degree obtained no more than 24 months before the start date of the internship (May 4, 2026) in one of the following master's degree classes:
LM-1 Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology
LM-2 Archaeology
LM-15 Philology, Literatures and History of Antiquity
LM-57 Adult education and continuing education sciences
LM-78 Philosophical Sciences
LM-84 Historical Sciences
LM-85 Pedagogical Sciences
LM-89 History of Art
Submission of questions
Candidates must submit a formal application for the selection process by submitting the documentation listed below.
La question it must be:
– drawn up according to the model attached to the selection notice, downloadable from this page (at the bottom);
- signed in full by the applicant, with signature that must be in handwritten form and accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document.
The application must be accompanied by:
- resume drawn up in European format, dated and signed with a handwritten signature, which shows: the educational qualifications obtained, the training courses completed, the certified knowledge of foreign languages, the training experiences completed and the aptitudes on the basis of which the application for the internship is presented;
- cover letter.
