Primo Conti was a remarkable artist who embraced the literary, artistic, and musical culture of the twentieth century, becoming one of the leading figures of the historical avant-garde. The Foundation is housed in the fifteenth-century Villa Le Coste, which served as the Maestro's home and studio for many years. The Foundation was established in 1980 and is divided into three sections: the Museum of Primo Conti's Works, the Archive, and the Studio. The Museum houses 63 paintings and 163 drawings by the Florentine artist.
