The general principle of transparency, as set forth in Legislative Decree no. 33 of March 14, 2013, is defined as "full accessibility" to information regarding the organization and activities of the administration. The aim of the law is to promote widespread oversight of the operations and use of resources. The publication of data in this section fulfills the obligations set forth in Article 9 of Law 112 of October 7, 2013.
